OUR MISSION
 
 

The mission of Howard High School of Technology is to help students develop skills, both interpersonal and job related, which are necessary for them to become active and productive members of the community, by providing a positive learning environment where students are encouraged and expected to achieve their highest potential through the integration of academic and vocational technical instruction.
